Random thoughts on my faith

There are many faiths in me...I'm just full of 'em...

The Buddhist in me says to Practice, breathe, be mindful in thought and action, and to understand karma, transitions, and reincarnation, as well as their dualities.

The Christian in me says that Christ died for me, he was a boddhisatva, and an angel, who wants us to follow his examples in being careful of the lessons of conformity, loving our Creator, and loving each other.

The Shaman in me says that we are all killing our Mother, and our Father is very angry, but loves us; that the spirits have counsel, and ancestors require honoring, and that we contain much much more innately than we are taught to believe, and these gifts, given by our ancestors, must also be honored.

The warrior in me requires that I follow Bushido, that honor, and respect are taken very, very seriously; that our natures, can be our greatest strengths...or weaknesses; that we become something greater by training, that I must keep myself and my weapons clean, and sharp, and that I have to blow off steam, sometimes.

The hippie in me says that all that shit is just groovy, man, where did you learn that...?

Finally, the thug in me says if you don't keep your word, you ain't worth shit.
